”We did it! Despite awful weather forcing us inside on Saturday (thanks to the Depot Sheffield for helping us out) a team of over fifty climbers joined forces to scale over 11300m (that’s one and a quarter Everests). 6425m was climbed on Stanage Edge by climbers as young as 3 and as old as……well, some things are best kept a secret. A string of famous names took part but the highlight was without doubt when Dave joined us at Stanage- his first trip out into the wilds since his stroke. Great effort Dave - inspirational as ever.
